Feed Ingredients

At Dubai Agro, poultry feed ingredients are selected for their nutritional value, safety, palatability, and cost. Key nutrients include amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and energy from starches, fats, and proteins. Ingredients fall into six main categories: cereal grains, protein meals, fats and oils, minerals, feed additives, and miscellaneous raw materials like roots and tubers. Cereal grains

At Dubai Agro, the term “cereal grains” covers not only whole cereal grains but also cereal by-products and distillers dried grains with solubles (DDGS). These ingredients are primarily used to meet the energy needs of poultry. Corn is the most commonly used grain, but depending on regional availability, a variety of grains may be incorporated into poultry diets around the world. Ingredients fall into six main categories: cereal grains, protein meals, fats and oils, minerals, feed additives, and miscellaneous raw materials like roots and tubers. RAYGRASS AND FESCUE

We produce high quality forages as RAYGRASS and FESCUE, perfect for different animals where you are looking for a lower protein level but higher digestibility. We present this product in different packages/bales: 400 kgs bale 700 kgs bale Great loadability and great feeding results!!

WHEAT STRAW

We produce premium quality Wheat Straw, grown under the best weather conditions in Europe & USA, resulting in a distinct GOLD color and excellent feeding properties that set our product apart. Our straw is available in two bale formats: 370 kg double-pressed bales and 28 kg compact bales, both designed for high loadability, allowing 23 to 25 tons per 40HC container. It features long stems ranging from 9 to 16 cm, contains no humidity or fungus, and is securely packed using PP sling or raffia. This first-quality straw is ideal for all types of animal feeding, mushroom cultivation, and animal bedding. Now available through Dubai Agro, we are proud to offer top-grade straw with consistent quality and reliability for agricultural and livestock applications.

ALFALFA

With more than 14 years dehydrating alfalfa, we are specialized in the growing, harvest, dehydrating, pressing and exportation of our alfalfa to more than 30 countries worldwide. Thanks to our regular customers, every year we export more and more products from of our country, in different packet weights and always using the best quality dehydrated alfalfa, with a protein level always higher than 18%. Our analysis of fiber and protein are one of the most valued by the end users of every country, and we have as customers the most important cattle factories in many countries. Description of the bales: DEHYDRATED BALES OF 350-400 KGS/EACH, WITH PP WRAP or 800 KGS/EACH with iron wrapping. ALFALFA PELLET

We produce and sell high quality pellet made from alfalfa (pure alfalfa), or fully mixed with forages designed by end user. We make feed according to customer´s need. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS: Protein content from 6% to 17% (pure alfalfa) Different diameter, 5-8 mm Good palatability and important vitamin and mineral source Don´t produce tympanism Free pathogens (insects, weeds, toxic…) No added preservatives Free from genetic modification Around 24 tons per 20´container in bulk basis We can package in bulk basis, big bag and rafia bags of 25 and 40 kgs Possibility to use wheat to make WHEAT GRANULES.

SILAGES

Our silages are for ANIMAL CATTLE PRODUCTION or special HORSE FEEDING. All our silages (hylages) can be ordered in big bales of 1000 kgs or small bales of 40 kgs each. We can sell in both ways according to customer needs, with loadabilities from 24 to 27 tons per 40Hc container. We offer first quality silages due to our experience in animal fodders and silages long term ago. All our products come from same land area of about 800 automatic irrigation ha. Due to the best weather conditions for fodders we can make the best silages or haylages for animal feeding. Our production capacity in 2011 was more than 60.000 ton, sold in Spain, europe and whole world. We control the lands from growing to harvesting, and we make ourselves the packaging processing to keep quality in our products. We make regular analysis through third international laboratories to guarantee the silages and compounds. For silages we have ISO 9001/2008 –ISO 14001/2004 All our forages are NON TRANSGENIC. You can check our cattle division and horse division. MIXTURES OF FORAGES

We also produce a mixture between first quality forages and grains that solve the problem of homogeneity to the customers. All our forages are NON TRANSGENIC. Our “forage mix” can be made in base of the next raw materials: WHEAT/BARLEY STRAW ALFALFA, SUNCURED OR DEHYDRATED PELLET OF ALFALFA/STRAW WHOLE CEREAL AS BARLEAY, OATS… CORN FESCUE RAYGRASS All the mixes are made according to customer needs. The most demanded mix we manufacture during these last years are: 40% chopped straw + 40% dehydrated alfalfa extra + 20% barley. (Most demanded product) 50% chopped straw + 50% +dehydrated alfalfa extra. 50% chopped straw + 20% dehydrated alfalfa extra + 15 % fescue + 15% Ryegrass 70% chopped straw + 30% of cereal. (Oats + barley + corn + alfalfa pellets, optional add molasses) Anyway, the final composition will depend on customer needs. We can load from 18 to 24 tons of bales per 40Hc container, depending the mixture selection by customer. Our bales have an aproximatelly weight of 600-800 kgs and we load 30 bales per container. The proposed new products that we offer you is a mixture of different materials to facilitate the management of the daily ration for animals, applying the right proportions between PROTEIN – FIBER – ENERGY. That is, different foodstuffs within a bale with a consequent saving of stocks of single different products. All of them mixed with very high standards of uniformity.

SILAGES FOR HORSES

We have an special division in company for HORSE FEEDING, because it needs an special requirement to protect the animal and take care of his health and his performance in the daily home-works, races and other jobs. We are specialized in special silages for high quality horses, where the feeding is one of his keypoints for the perfect performance. 100% natural feeding, without transgenic seeds, without food industry byproducts, containing vitamins and aminoacids, highly digestible food, without dust or spores, very harmful to the respiratory tract of animals, very beneficial for bone and muscle development, great balance between protein and energy, that means important reduction of risk of colic and laminitis. Different products: JEMI: a blend of high quality silage, highly digestible, which containers horse specific white oats, red oats with 4% triticale. DOSAGE: according to nutritionist criteria GREECORN: whole plant silage corn selected. Number one in energy intake. Highly digestible and rich in starch. DOSAGE: According to nutritionist criteria NATPRAIRE: A blend of mixed fodder plants (oats, ryegrass, clover, vetch) Supreme quality forage, produced by irrigation natural pastures. DOSAGE: according to nutritionist criteria RAYGRASS: Ryegrass forage produced 100% in irrigation pastures. DOSAGE: according to nutritionist criteria We also produce a silage mixture specially designed for high performance, mixing the best raw materials with cereals. A balance blend of selected silage of whole corn plant + raw extra alfalfa + barley flour/oats + salt. This is a complete food for horses in basic maintenance. For higher activity per day, a balance blend of selected silage of whole corn plant + horse specific oat grain + barley grain + raw extra alfalfa + salt.

SILAGES FOR CATTLE

SILAGE COMPOUNDS (livestock and other production animals) We have made for Cattle a special corn silage that support all growing steps of cattle, to have the best weight and best results of cattle´s meat and dairy. We also produce Special Formulation Compounds, made with our nutritionist and veterinary staff, special for customers with special feed needs. We also take care of our customers formulas, and if possible, we produce the compounds according to their needs. Raw Materials used for the compounds for cattle and other animals: White/blond oats, raygrass, clover, vetch, sativa oats, triticale hay, corn and alfalfa. DRY MATTER PERCENTAGE: From 40 to 55 % GROSS PROTEIN: From 9 to 13 % FIBER: FROM 21 to 35 % ALL OUR ORGANIC FODDERS INCORATE NEW GENERATION INOCULANTS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF NUTRIENTS AND AEROBIC STABILITY

SILAGE OF SUNFLOWER

The silage of sunflower offers a very valued increasing of the “good” fats (Omega-3, Omenga-6) of milks and means the increasing of the milk production quantities and qualities. DEHYDRATED CORN SILAGE

We are one of the biggest companies in Corn Silage in Spain. And we also offer the possibility to our customers to feed his animals with DEHYDRATED corn silage. It keeps the same properties of corn silages, but saving transport costs as the humidity is very low and match with the parameters of exportation in containers basis. The buying of this products need to be done during summer time, as this is the harvesting season for corn. We can guarantee a year contract of supplying but contract has to be made in summer time. Out of this period, pls ask us for remaining stock, but normally we only produce under sales order, as this product is highly demanded only for some countries.

HAYS

Due to the experience gained over the years, we also offer our customers high quality HAYS for different animals and/or uses. The main forages we work as hays are: WHEAT HAY OATS HAY All suncured and/or dehydrated, to keep the best conditions before the feeding. All hays are controlled in humidity for transportation, and are presented in bales of 400 kgs or 700 kgs.

We make best quality shaving for high quality animals, according to the best quality raw materials, (poplar and pine).
